Currently we accept a range of Standard sized Trading Card Games. This includes: Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Flesh and Blood, One Piece Card Game, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super, MetaZoo, Nostalgix, Weiss Schwarz and more. You can submit cards under "Other" if you can't find them in our catalogue submission form and if for some reason we cannot grade or authenticate your card you will be entitled to a full refund for the grading service.

Can I drop off and pick up my cards?
You sure can. All orders can be dropped off and Picked up at Good Games Parramatta 7 days a week. Same Day Grading is only available Monday to Friday from 10am-3pm. More info can be found on our website Click Here
Can you value my cards and tell me what to grade?
Unfortunately we cannot value or tell you what to grade as we like to keep our graders unbiased and treat all cards equally. We recommend reaching out to communities and checking prices on eBay etc to see what your cards might be worth.
Do you grade Sports Cards?
At this time we are not accepting Sports Cards, we are working on a brand new custom Slab to house these cards snugly and safely and will be available soon. Follow our social pages for updates on when Sports Cards will be accepted.

The card I want so submit isn't in the submission form??
We are always updating our Catalogue submission form with new TCGs and creating a better experience for our customer. If you can't find the card you are looking for simply change to submission form to "Manual Entry" and enter the details.
Do you accept Signed Cards?
At this time we are only accepting authentic Flesh and Blood artist signatures. We have built a Database that helps us authenticate these in house providing a consistent and accurate authentication service. We plan to do the same with other TCGs. Please keep an eye on our Social Media pages for updates.
What is Declared Value?
Declared Value is decided by you, the customer. This allows you to select the appropriate service for your card and makes sure your card is processed through our office correctly and safely.
What is Optional Insurance?
Optional insurance is only required when you plan to have the cards shipped back to you. It is not needed for drop offs and pick ups. The amount of optional insurance is calculated at 1% declared value of your card. There is a maximum of $5,000 in declared value per package with AusPost. If you plan to declare more you may need to pay for multiple shipping. Contact us for more details.
