How to Submit Cards to PCG - Drop offs and Events (Video Coming Soon)

Step 1: Preparing Cards for Event

*Note: If you are CURRENTLY ATTENDING an event and have not followed Steps 1 & 2 PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE EVENT. Please skip down to 'Over the Counter Event Submisson'.

Select the office you are submitting to and click ‘Submit’ on the tool bar. You will need to login or register before you can select your service.

Choose the order service for processing cards.

*Turnaround time is specified when the order has been received in the office. Cards in transit to and from the office are not part of the turnaround time.

Search or add manually the cards to your order.

Tip: Most effective search terms are card set numbers. Popular card with multiple variants sharing the same name can be tricky to navigate at times.

Finalize the order and select a your preferred way to receive your order back and pay for the order.

You will receive an Email confirmation. Please note the order number and the address of the event or PCG office you will be attending.

Step 2: Packing & Handover

Insert your cards in penny sleeves or tabbed sleeves. Make sure the order is in sequence top to bottom as it is on the submitted card order.

*We highly recommend adding sticky note tab to penny sleeves to make easy removal from toploaders or semi-rigid card savers.

Insert the sleeved cards into top loaders or semi-rigid card savers.

Print off the email confirmation to go with the order and secure the cards together in anything portable.

Your order is now ready to hand over. Come and drop in to our store or see us at an attending event.

When you have handed the order over, all you have to do is wait until you receive an email from us once it’s all done. We will inform you with tracking, additional steps or pick-up availability.

Over the Counter Event Submission

We can assist you to help make your experience quick and easy.

Start by downloading the PCG app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

Create an account, or log in as an existing user.

Ask if we have a event specific code for the event to assist with order allocation.

Create an Order and Prep your Cards.

Return to the top of the page and follow all sections of Step 1. ALSO REMEMBER to use any coupon for the event at checkout if we are running a promotion.

If there is any issues with the website upon submitting, please ask us for assistance so we can help you check out, if we can not fix it during this time, we will resort to a manual order process and payment.

Once the order has been completed. Inform to us the order number. This will be in your email.

You will receive an email notification when your cards are done informing you to pick up your order or contain tracking details if you selected shipping.
